Every package consists of the diagnostic, a results presentation to the CEO, and a leadership team workshop to initiate change.

Process: These packages are complemented by an advisory process as well as various design modules with different depth and intensity. The design, development, and implementation steps are offered on a project basis as the result of diagnostic outcomes.
