His experience is based on various executive line management and staff positions with multi-million dollar budgets and large scale international projects, including business development, post merger integration, market entry, direct marketing, executive development, strategy and performance.

Lukas regularly speaks at conferences and publishes in the areas of leadership, management innovation, performance, and decision making. He has a M.S. in Management from NCSU, Raleigh, NC. He lives in Switzerland from where he advises clients world-wide.
