Dr. Patricia Seemann is a specialist in advising CEOs and senior executives on how to deal with issues concerning decision making for improved corporate and personal performance. Since 1996, Patricia has advised CEOs and Senior Executive Teams in a variety of settings and circumstances which means that she knows first hand the challenges they face throughout their career and professional ‘life cycle’.
 

Her approach has been termed ‘hands-on’, ‘highly refreshing’ and ‘relentlessly realistic’. Patricia relates this to her unique professional background. She has worked as a line manager, responsible for turning around and transforming corporate departments, as well as a consultant and expert whose work has been described as ‘classic’.

She co-authored a book on the topic of Social Capital and is a speaker at numerous conferences. Patricia has a medical degree.
